TRAFFIC COURT AND SUSPENDED DRIVER'S LICENSE

       If you have received a traffic ticket the penalties can range from points on your license to having your license suspended. My extensive experience in this area of the law results in my clients either receiving no points or the charges completely dismissed. No Fault Divorce

If you want a fast uncontested no fault divorce then call my office.

You can be legally divorced within 60-90 days without going to court.

In Pennsylvania there are two no fault grounds for divorce.

The first ground is mutual consent. If both parties consent then a divorce decree can be entered after the 90 day waiting period.

The second ground is if the parties have been seperated for more than two years. Then a divorce decree can be obtained within 20-40 days after service of the notice of the complaint.
